Andrew David Crook is the CEO and Founder of ADNFC Financial Consultants Ltd.

As a dual-qualified financial adviser, Andrew holds professional qualifications with both the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), reflecting a broad and technically robust approach to financial planning and investment advice. He also holds the Advanced Mortgage Advice qualification, further underpinning his expertise across both wealth management and complex lending solutions.

As CEO, Andrew leads a national team of advisers delivering bespoke financial planning and investment strategies to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the UK. He also oversees the firm’s mortgage and specialist lending division, managing a large team of mortgage advisers and providing advice across residential mortgages, commercial lending, bridging finance, development finance, and equity release, ensuring clients have access to tailored and sophisticated financing solutions.

In addition, Andrew directs the firm’s in-house legal function, comprising employed legal professionals who deliver conveyancing and property-related legal services via the firm’s consultancy agreement with Taylor Rose, allowing for a fully integrated client experience across financial planning, lending, and legal execution.

Andrew is a highly technical, tax-focused adviser, specialising in working with company directors and high-net-worth individuals. He works closely with clients’ existing professional advisers, including accountants, chartered tax advisers, and private client solicitors, ensuring financial planning is fully aligned, tax-efficient, and strategically structured.

With additional qualifications in discretionary investment management, Andrew brings institutional-level expertise to portfolio construction, strategic asset allocation, and risk governance, enabling a structured and disciplined approach to long-term wealth management.

Based at the firm’s York city centre office, Andrew lives in central York on the River Ouse with his partner and their two dogs, maintaining a strong connection to the local community while advising clients nationally.
